I'm not worried about him but wondering if he could be colour blind. We play games with colours but he has forgotten them the minute we finish. I have a three-and-a-half-year-old boy who is very clever. One mum recently wrote in with a concern about her son's abilities with colour, and we had some great responses from the community:
One such skill children learn over time, is differentiating between colours, and learning the right names for each one.
But this can also be a huge source of anxiety for parents, as you may worry about whether your baby is reaching these developmental targets in a 'normal' way. It's an amazing thing to watch as your child grows and develops, always learning new things and reaching different milestones.
